Christa is an experienced facilitator, trainer and

Starting in the educational field with an Honours
degree in Human Sciences, she progressed to 7 years
of intensive management development training. This
was followed up by 3 years in the HR field at a large
manufacturing company. This has given her the tools
of the trade as well as the practical business experience.
As HR manager she specialized in performance management,
organizational development projects and competency
improvement initiatives. Christa is driven to improve
bottom line efficiency via innovative development
